IFBB Pro Troy Alves stops in...

We had the pleasure of having IFBB pro Troy Alves stop in this weekend for a workout. Troy was in town for a guest appearance at the Mile High regional show. We can personally say after meeting a large number of pro bodybuilders Mr. Alves is one of the nicest, down to earth guys, and well worth stopping to say "hi" if you ever get the chance.
