Stephanie Spencer

Stephanie is a Armbrust Training client getting ready for her first USA in figure. Last year Stephanie's big win was the Colorado State overall title. We sure do have a long line of Colorado State title holders at APG. Steph is such an inspiration to us. This girl is one of our biggest transformations and hardest workers. As of right now she has lost over 25lbs for USA! We have a feeling she is going to shine next weekend in Vegas. Go Steph!
